Our Vision
Genos was formed in 2002 to commercialise the work of Dr Ben Palmer, Professor Con Stough and Swinburne University of Technology (Australia). It has been the combination of commercial strategy, technology and the depth of ongoing research that has propelled Genos to be one of the leading developers and distributors of emotional intelligence products and associated applications globally.
Genos helps organisations connect the hearts and minds of their people. Since our beginnings, Genos has strived to develop the most comprehensive and sophisticated suite of proprietary products and methodologies centred on Emotional Intelligence. Our products have applications in each of the three phases of the human capital life cycle: Identification, Development and Transition. The Genos EI Assessment Scale is:
