The Genos EI Certification Process is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to help organisations measure and develop emotional intelligence in the workplace. The certification process involves:
- Enrolling in a Genos EI Certification Program
- Completing the required pre-work for your Genos EI Certification Program
- Participating in a Genos EI Certification Program
- Completing a post-certification program practice project with your “live client”
- Preparing and submitting your practice project case-study to Genos for review
- Receiving your annual certificate granting you full certification status in Genos EI
- Ongoing: Using Genos EI products with your clients or organisation to maintain full certification status
