EI Experiential Accreditation Workshops

Genos is pleased to announce the scheduling of two EI Experiential Product Accreditation Workshops in Melbourne (April 10-11, 2008) and Sydney (July 21-22, 2008). The two-day program has been specifically designed to provide new EI experiential tools and programs that integrate with the Genos EI self and multi-rater assessments - connecting an individual’s ‘heart and mind’ around the importance of developing and demonstrating positive EI behaviours in the workplace.

The program will be co-facilitated by Silvia Damiano, Managing Director of Blip Group and Dr. Ben Palmer CEO of Genos.

Specific program outcomes consist of accreditation in delivering a number of EI experiential programs and tools, including:

• The Emotions Ride - a fun, interactive, ‘game’ that teaches the principles of EI and their application at work.
• Vulamelo - a game that demonstrates the importance of collaboration vs. competition.
• The Values Flower Model - an interactive approach for exploring values at the individual, group, and even organisational level.
• Through The Eyes of the Y's - An inspiring video and learning tool that encourages discussion of feelings, values and different perspectives and also builds greater understanding of the unique values, motivations, and mostly untapped contributions of Generation Y.
• Feeling Cards - a tool to help us connect intuitively with ourselves and others.
